Cand o companie prezinta logo-ul QMark, acest lucru demonstreaza ca:
un operator a verificat capacitatile tehnice ale firmei, inregistrarile comerciale si situatia financiara;
firma a semnat un cod de practica care include asigurare, practici de sanatate si securitate in munca si grija pentru client;
operatorul a verificat si va continua sa monitorizeze calitatea lucrarii, practicile de comercializare si satisfactia clientului;
compania isi va informa clientii in legatura cu orice reglementare din domeniul pe care acestia trebuie sa o adopte si va putea sa elibereze certificatele necesare;
daca un client are o problema sau dezacord cu compania, exista o procedura de tratare a reclamatiilor care ii va ajuta pe acestia sa ajunga la un acord;
daca compania nu ofera automat asigurare, clientul are posibilitatea de a cumpara o garantie in cazul in care aceasta va intra in faliment.

an operator verified the company technical ability, the commercial records and the financial status;
the company signed a code of practice that includes insurance, health and security practices in work and concern for the client;
the operator verified and will continue to monitor the work quality, sale practices and client satisfaction;
the company will inform its clients regarding any new regulation in domain that these ones would need to adopt and the company will issue the necessary certificates;
in case a client has a problem or misunderstanding with the company, there is in place a procedure of dealing with complaints in order for them to come to an agreement;
if the company does not offer insurance, the client has the possibility of purchasing warranty in case of bankruptcy.
